    Position:
    Indonesia
    Responsibilities:
    • Developing new client-driven initiatives on an ongoing basis; participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
    • maintaining good relationships with advertisers and ad networks.
    • Understands Digital Advertising market trends and customer needs. Penetrates and develops major accounts and new prospects, creates sales propositions and conducts pitches, negotiates contracts, and closes new business deals.
    • long-distance cooperating and communicating with internationalized business team
    • Work with Account Management to aid in the successful transition of relationships on accounts post initial contract.
    • Accurately forecast revenue growth; achieve revenue goals as defined by management
    • Establish individual goals in support of Mobvista’s overall company targets.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree above
    • Minimum 3 years of experiences in mobile advertising sales in Indonesia;
    • Experienced with performance-based online advertising is ideal
    • An extremely strong network of active relationships within the target community, both leading ad agencies and direct advertisers
    • Fluency in English is a must, Chinese an advantage
    • overseas studying/ internationalized business team working experience is plus

    (Performance) Sales Manager

    Position:
    Taiwan
    Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the direct advertising revenue targets
    2. Design and sell various propositions to media agencies and brands
    3. Penetrate and develop major accounts and new prospects; create sales propositions and conducts pitches, negotiate contracts;  close new business deals
    4. Manage the market excellence/intelligence process; gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future trends to support sales strategies
    5. Analyze performance of ads campaigns to ensure delivery as per agreed KPI’s
    6. Adept at managing sales pipeline, forecast revenue monthly/quarterly
    7. Liaison with internal teams to come up with new, innovative ad-solutions more effectively monetize our inventories
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum 2 years in mobile ads industry or working as a B2B direct sales; Being experienced in selling advertising propositions in mobile advertiser will be an added advantage
    2. Highly self-motivated ;Fast-learning ability and being ready to relocate will be preferred
    3. Fluency in Chinese or English highly desired, other Asian languages such as Korean and Indonesian an advantage

    6. Long-distance cooperating and communicating with internationalized business team

    Requirements:

    2. 3~8 years relevant working experience (27-40 years old)
    3. Fluency in speaking Korean
    4. Familiar with local advertisers and ad networks
    5. Business development experience in large module ad agencies, overseas studying/ internationalized business team working experience are plus
    6. Ability to thrive in an emerging market with a passion for defining and streamlining process
