    Senior Sales Manager, Japan

    • Build consolidated relationships to help penetrate potential clients (direct advertisers and agency partners) to develop full-funnel marketing solutions
    • Penetrates and develops major accounts and new prospects, creates sales propositions and conducts pitches, negotiates contracts, and closes new business deals.
    • Forecast revenue growth; achieve revenue goals as defined by management
    • Maximize revenue growth within existing accounts
    • Bachelor’s degree above
    • 3+ years of demonstrable track record driving mobile and/or online advertising sales in Japan; Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
    • Fluency in speaking Japanese and English
    • Well established connection with local advertisers (app developers in gaming, utility, e-commerce, etc, and ad agencies) is a must
    • Solid knowledge of the mobile advertising industry is a must
    • Experience working remotely as part of a larger international team is a plus
