    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute plans to drive deep levels of engagement with advertisers and agencies, including building relationships with senior levels at counterpart company

    • Work with the executive leadership team to define, achieve, forecast and exceed revenue and business goals.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree above
    • A record of selling success for at least 5 years working in digital, mobile, video or advertising sales in Japan market
    • Well established connection with local advertisers (app developers in gaming, utility, e-commerce, etc, and ad agencies) is a must
    • Experience managing a small team of sellers & regional revenue quotas
    • Must be innovative, forward-thinking, high-energy, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced/evolving environment
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including VP & C-Level audiences
    • Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, mobile landscape, and the media industry
