    Advertising Account Manager

    Location:

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet revenue and gross profit objectives.
    • Focus on the highest priority accounts that are in line with company strategy.
    • Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations via online or F2F client meetings.
    • Assist in planning, developing and evaluating of new client-driven initiatives on an ongoing basis; participate in cross-functional teams if needed.
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives
    • Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of lead-qualification process.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
    • Represent Mobvista at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    • Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.
    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota
    Requirements:
    • BS/BA required, degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • 1~2 years minimum related mobile/digital ad sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
    • Well established connection with local advertisers (app developers in gaming, utility, e-commerce, etc, and ad agencies) is a plus
    • Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and handle push-backs with confidence
    • Comfortably discussing technical subjects such as attribution tracking integrations
    • Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients and vendors
    • Analytical-minded, comfortable navigating through pivot tables
    • Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
    • Strong ownerships as well as excellent teamwork
    • Good at writing and speaking in English
    • Chinese Speaking fluency can be a big plus

    Responsibilities:
    • Penetrates and develops major accounts and new prospects, creates sales propositions and conducts pitches, negotiates contracts, and closes new business deals with e-commerce advertisers or ad agencies.
    • Expand and integrate resources of local or international affiliate partners through various means
    • Monitor affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations, optimize traffic delivery and control risk during affiliate promotion and operation

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree and above
    • 2+ years of demonstrable track record driving mobile and/or online advertising sales in health food and cosmetics industry; Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
    • Well established connection with local advertisers and ad agencies in e-commerce
    • Solid knowledge of the mobile advertising industry
    • Previous experience on performance marketing (CPI, CPA etc) and media buy
    • Relative experience in writing promotional articles
    • Experience in remote working as part of a larger international team is plus

    Requirements:

    1.BS in Advertising or Marketing preferred.

    2.1-2 years Digital Media experience gained in an agency, professional services firm or client-side environment and a demonstrated interest in advertising.

    3.Project management experience, good organizational skills and demonstrated success within a collaborative team environment.

    4.Experience in multicultural segment (Asian-American markets) is a plus.

    5.Successful at managing complex timelines, meeting deadlines, anticipate upcoming issues/client needs, and proactively working with senior management to resolve them.

    6.Strong presentation, organizational skills, project management, analytic, communication and interpersonal skills.

    7.Self-starter that is resourceful & has a high level of personal initiative.

    8.Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly collaborative team.

    9.Able to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately via oral & written channels.
