    Responsibilities:

    1.Play a lead business development and sales role to develop high-quality strategies & plans to reach quarterly and annual revenue goals

    2.With entrepreneurship to expand new business also maintain the existing business in the market to drive profitable growth in digital marketing files.

    3.Manage/record the sales pipeline by fast researching and regular client follow-ups.

    7.Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of the lead qualification process.

    Requirements:

    1.5 years or above business development/sales experience in digital marketing and advertising industry is required

    2.With experience and relationship of enterprise-level sales in Ecommerce/Education/Telemedical/Bank/Retail/Cross border commerce etc. would be preferable

    3.Deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising industry issues and trends in the local market.

    4.Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth.

    5.Proactive problem-solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.

    6.High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex models and concepts.

    7. Team-oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role.

  • Customer Success Manager
    San Francisco, US
    Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for marketing & advertising strategy and solution consultancy to maximize Nativex’s product capabilities and contribute to its future development:

    • In partnership with Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated.marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Chinese Top Media solutions to maximize client value.
    • Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of NativeX’s solutions.
    • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions
    • and driving product adoption.
    • Drives product innovation internally with media and advertising partners based upon
    • market trends and emerging needs of clients.

    Manage Nativex demand product life-cycle and help advertisers in media & measurement planning, executing, and optimization:

    • Plan media and creative structure and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectives.
    • Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the
    • effectiveness of NativeX’s solutions.
    • Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations.
    • Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you.

    Achieve operation excellence and take lead in project management as well as relationship building and Management with advertisers:

    • Manage complex external and internal workstreams, and optimize clients advertising
    • operation mode to meet business objectives.
    • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring
    • and alerting ads policy violations, setting up accounts and financial details, etc.).
    • Build and manage relationships with front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies
    • (media, creative, programmatic, etc.).

    Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Support, and other Product Management team members to develop multiple media solutions and Data Management Systems to optimize Nativex Advertiser’s performance:

    • Catch requests and responses from advertising clients and analyze data to ensure.
    • Provide analytics tools in the system to allow for data optimization of the user experience.
    • Analyze USA digital product performance and results, such as ARPU, CTR, CVR, IVR.
    Requirements:
    1. BS/BA, a degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    2. English is a must; Fluent Chinese both in verbal and written.
    3. Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth.
    4. Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and performance marketing KPIs.
    5. Must be flexible with the schedule and can work in the evenings due to time differences between China and the US. 
    6. Team oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role.
    7. Thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.

    3. Comfortably discussing technical subjects such as attribution tracking integrations.

    4. Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients.
