  • Client Success Manager
    San Francisco
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with mobile internet advertising clients, gaining a thorough understanding of client needs and delivering high-quality customer service; timely follow-up and response to client feedback.
    • Based on clients’ promotional needs, develop promotional plans on various domestic and foreign media channels including but not limited to META/GOOGLE/TIKTOK/KWAI/ByteDance/Tencent/Kuaishou etc. Follow-up and implement the plans, tap into traffic potential, coordinate resources, and fulfill client user growth goals.
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ overseas KOL resource needs and overseas short video ad creative needs, and accurately convey client needs to the overseas KOL team and design team to grasp overall progress, evaluate cooperation effects, optimize processes, and achieve high-quality project delivery.
    • Work closely with the planning team on domestic and overseas market research and competitor analysis to extract and integrate effective information and assist with developing integrated marketing solutions to acquire new clients.
    • Regularly review and analyze the overall business situation, identify opportunities to optimize client delivery and explore client re-marketing opportunities, improve operational quality and efficiency.
    Requirements:
    • Have a certain understanding of the mobile internet advertising industry, be passionate and interested in it.
    • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience or operations experience preferred, integrated marketing or brand marketing background preferred.
    • Ability to speak Mandarin fluently.
    • Understanding of ad tech and mobile advertising markets in the U.S.

  • Principal Account Manager
    London/Berlin/Hamburg
    Responsibilities:
    • Be the main point of contact to lead and maximize business opportunities and revenue targets.
    • Take a consultative approach to understand the goals, motivations, and performance needs of your accounts to optimize towards client’s KPIs.
    • Monitor performance post-launch, analyze data, and optimize toward KPIs.
    • Develop and maintain strong industry and company knowledge, fully understand each product in the company to select appropriate ones for clients.
    • Preparation of research studies, case collection, and data analysis to make full case proposals for clients.

  • Director of Business Development

    Responsibilities:
    • Prospecting online for new advertising clients, as well as managing any assigned accounts and incoming leads.
    • Regularly managing your client base and relationship building through e-mail, phone, instant messaging and/or social media. You must be available to your advertisers 24/7, as our business is NOT a 9-5 business.
    • Recognizing new revenue opportunities with your advertiser base by regularly reviewing and recommending campaigns that match your advertiser’s specialty.
    • Negotiating payouts, budgets, and payment terms with advertisers.
    • Monitoring affiliate (traffic) performance to ensure campaign budgets are exhausted, and traffic is top quality.
