  • Senior Business Development Manager
    Singapore
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and Manage key accounts, prospects and internal resources to achieve the assigned growth targets.
    • Expand relationships with key accounts by continually to proposing solutions through strategic planning that meet their target.
    • Be primary responsible for developing business media solution or project proposal based on clients’ business requirements.
    • Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
    • Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    • Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.
    Requirements:
    • At least 4 years of mobile advertising experience is required
    • Proven experience in developing an key account
    • Solid relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad and/or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role as digital media agency
    • Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients and vendors
    • Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
    • Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers
    • 20-30% traveling required

    • Independently leads insights, performance and strategy presentation
    • Looks for opportunities to cross-sell in dedicated key accounts.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
    • Represent Nativexat industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    • Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in brand planing, marketing, advertising preferred.
    • At least 2 years of digital advertising experience in marketing, advertising and agency.
    • Solid relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad and/or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role as digital media agency.
    • With experience and relationship of enterprise-level sales in Telco/Bank/ Insurance/Retail/Boutique/independent brands would be preferable.
    • Consultative sale skills with a proven track read.
    • Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
    • Solid knowledge of following areas: digital strategy, creative strategy, Social/ Display expertise.

  • Marketing Coordinator
    San Francisco
    Responsibilities:

    Mobvista is looking for a highly motivated marketer tohelp continue growing our business in the US, EMEA and Latin America. We are in need of an integrated marketing coordinator to help execute and in some cases, lead projects and campaigns in the global market. Working alongside team members from Europe and APAC and answering directly to Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing. Mobvista provides a competitive salary, 401k and comprehensive benefits.

    Requirements:
    • At least 1 year in marketing for a technology company, B2B required
    • Integrated marketing experience
    • Highly organized
    • Able to execute projects and lead when necessary
    • Native English speaker

    • Experience in advertising
    • Understanding of mobile advertising technology
    • We are a global team so occasional meetings outside of US work hours with EMEA and APAC teams will be required.

  • Business Development Manager
    Tokyo, Japan
    Responsibilities:
    • Build strong relationships with direct advertisers and publishers in Japan market and become a trusted advisor to key decision makers at leading mobile game studios and app developers.
    • Manage a pipeline of accounts and hit quarterly sales targets.
    • Take a consultative approach to understanding the developer’s ad business while providing market insights.
    • Represent Mintegral at industry events and conferences
    • Prospect clients in top game charts as well as 3rd party tools like Apptopia and AppAnnnie.
    • Work with internal teams–account management, legal, product, and engineering–to ensure great client success
    • Develop and maintain strong industry and company knowledge
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
    Requirements:
    • BS/BA required, degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Fluent in English and Japanese
    • Passionate about mobile games
    • 1years minimum related to mobile/online advertising experience
    • At least 2 years working with mobile app developers is a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs

  • Business Development Director
    San Francisco
    Responsibilities:
    • Prospecting online for new advertising clients, as well as managing any assigned accounts and incoming leads.
    • Regularly managing your client base and relationship building through e-mail, phone, instant messaging and/or social media. You must be available to your advertisers 24/7, as our business is NOT a 9-5 business.
    • Recognizing new revenue opportunities with your advertiser base by regularly reviewing and recommending campaigns that match your advertiser’s specialty.
    • Negotiating payouts, budgets, and payment terms with advertisers.
    • Monitoring affiliate (traffic) performance to ensure campaign budgets are exhausted, and traffic is top quality.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
    • Develop, maintain and manage an active pipeline of accounts across a variety of verticals.
    • Monitoring your account receivables on a daily basis to ensure payments are up to date.
    • Travel to tradeshows in the US.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent knowledge of online software including the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to multi-task and respond to questions/concerns in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.

    • Compensation package consists of salary + commission. Benefits will be offered following a probationary period. Preference will be given to candidates with online marketing knowledge or experience.
