  • Junior Advertising Sales
    San Francisco Bay Area
    Responsibilities:

    1、Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet company’s revenue and gross profit objectives

    2、Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations via online or F2F client meetings

    3、Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives

    4、Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of lead-qualification process

    5、Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

    6、Identify and foster relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders

    7、Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners & potential clients

    Requirements:

    1、BS in Advertising or Marketing preferred

    2、1-2 years Digital Media experience gained in an agency, professional services firm or client-side environment and a demonstrated interest in advertising.

    3、Being Tech-savvy and having a good understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem

    4、Thriving in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress

    5、Strong presentation skill

    6、Leading the operation and account management team for optimal customer satisfaction

  • Business Development Manager
    Jakarta, Indonesia
    Responsibilities:

    1.Play a lead business development and sales role to develop high-quality strategies & plans to reach quarterly and annual revenue goals

    2.With entrepreneurship to expand new business also maintain the existing business in the market to drive profitable growth in digital marketing files.

    3.Manage/record the sales pipeline by fast researching and regular client follow-ups.

    4.Holding fully understanding of NativeX’s product and ad inventory to initiate, develop, and maintain strong enterprise-level clients and Top Media relationships with ad agencies and app developers

    5.Network at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners & potential clients within local digital marketing files to build business relationships and partnerships.

    6.Keep all stakeholders updated on key market opportunities and trends to max the work efficiency and effectiveness.

    7.Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of the lead qualification process.

    Requirements:

    1.5 years or above business development/sales experience in digital marketing and advertising industry is required

    2.With experience and relationship of enterprise-level sales in Ecommerce/Education/Telemedical/Bank/Retail/Cross border commerce etc. would be preferable

    3.Deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising industry issues and trends in the local market.

    4.Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth.

    5.Proactive problem-solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.

    6.High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex models and concepts.

    7. Team-oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role.

    8. Professional English is required

    9.BA/BS degree or equivalent.

    10.Travel Requirement: 20%-30%

    Responsibilities:

     1. Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Nativex’s products, structure, and ad inventory.

    2. Stay curious and updated regarding the current products, inventories available in the company, and trends in the industry.

    3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.

    4. Be in charge of the entire sales process from finding the relevant sales leads to closing the deal with them and scale up the activity.

    5. Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.

    6. Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 2 years of digital advertising experience is required.

    2. Solid relationships with direct advertisers, app developers, and ad agencies in the mobile advertising industry.

    3. Comfortably discussing technical subjects such as attribution tracking integrations.

    4. Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients.

    5. Thrive in a start-up environment and the ability to perform under stress.

    6. Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers.

    7. 10-20% traveling required.
