  • Affiliate Manager
    Canada
    Responsibilities:
    • Developing more affiliates(Nutra/Ecom/CC/Leadgen) as business partners, with excellent business connections
    • Representing the company to attend worldwide affiliate conferences/events, as well as frequent regular clients visits
    • Providing fast, ongoing support for clients and enhancing business relationships to increase affiliate-generated revenueand achieve KPI
    • Complete paper work (IO/Contract) ,assist withroutine campaign management and budget allocations and
    • Bring new ideas to Adeer’s affiliate strategy to enhance the affiliate program
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree, English as working language
    • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing. Previous experience as an affiliate manager in famous local affiliate ad-network or team,
    • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers. Good personal connections in the business will be an advantage
    • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills. Able to work efficiently with time difference.
    • Self-Motivated and goal oriented with excellent leadership. High level of initiative and able to work well in a team environment. Successful previous experience in setting-up new project will be an advantage.

  • Business Development Manager
    San Francisco Bay Area
    Responsibilities:
    • Prospecting online for new advertising clients, as well as managing any assigned accounts and incoming leads.
    • Regularly managing your client base and relationship building through e-mail, phone, instant messaging and/or social media. You must be available to your advertisers 24/7, as our business is NOT a 9-5 business.
    • Recognizing new revenue opportunities with your advertiser base by regularly reviewing and recommending campaigns that match your advertiser’s specialty.
    • Negotiating payouts, budgets, and payment terms with advertisers.
    • Monitoring affiliate (traffic) performance to ensure campaign budgets are exhausted, and traffic is top quality.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
    • Develop, maintain and manage an active pipeline of accounts across a variety of verticals.
    • Monitoring your account receivables on a daily basis to ensure payments are up to date.
    • Travel to tradeshows in the US.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent knowledge of online software including the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to multi-task and respond to questions/concerns in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a dependable team player.
    • Outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring micro-management.
    • Minimum one (1) year of online marketing or advertising experience preferred.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of inside sales experience preferred.
    • College or University degree in a related field.
    • Compensation package consists of salary + commission. Benefits will be offered following a probationary period. Preference will be given to candidates with online marketing knowledge or experience.

  • Senior Sales Manager
    Singapore
    Responsibilities:
    • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Nativex products and ad inventory.
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients in SEA market; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives
    • Be primary responsible for developing business media solution or project proposal based on clients’ business requirements.
    • Independently leads insights, performance and strategy presentations
    • Looks for opportunities to cross-sell in dedicated key accounts
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
    • Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    • Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.

     

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in brand planing, marketing, advertising preferred
    • At least 3 years of digital advertising experience in marekting, advertising and agency
    • Solid relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad and/or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role as digital media agency
    • With experience and relationship of enterprise-level sales in Telco/Bank/ Insurance/Retail/Boutique/independent brands would be preferable
    • Consultaitive sale skills with a proven track read.
    • Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
    • Solid knowledge of following areas: digital strategy, creative strategy, Social/ Display expertise
    • 20-30% traveling required

    Responsibilities:

     1. Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Nativex’s products, structure, and ad inventory.

    2. Stay curious and updated regarding the current products, inventories available in the company, and trends in the industry.

    3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.

    4. Be in charge of the entire sales process from finding the relevant sales leads to closing the deal with them and scale up the activity.

    5. Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.

    6. Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 2 years of digital advertising experience is required.

    2. Solid relationships with direct advertisers, app developers, and ad agencies in the mobile advertising industry.

    3. Comfortably discussing technical subjects such as attribution tracking integrations.

    4. Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients.

    5. Thrive in a start-up environment and the ability to perform under stress.

    6. Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers.

    7. 10-20% traveling required.
