OPERATION

  • Accounts Payable Associate (remote)

    Responsibilities:

    Accounts Payable Duties:

    • Gathers information from vendors and other sources and update various reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis including the following:
    1. Vendor – Budget v. Actual Reports
    2. Reporting for NativeX and Adeer
    3. Publisher Payment reports for Mintegral North America
    4. Other vendor-related reports as requested
    • Receives, verifies, obtains approval, codes and enters all accounts payable invoices and employee expense reports into the accounting system
    • Creates weekly reports and recommends invoices for payment processing when due; sets up wire/ACH transfers approved for payment
    • Prints checks or sets up wires for all invoices and expense reports approved for payment
