SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mobvista (1860.HK) today reported its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, reaching a milestone annual revenue of $2.05 billion, a 35.7% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA also rose 38.1% to $191 million, reflecting the Group's enhanced operational efficiency and scaling capabilities.

The Group's programmatic ad platform, Mintegral, remained the primary catalyst for growth with $1.96 billion in revenue, up 35.9%. This performance was anchored by its AI-powered smart bidding infrastructure, which contributed over 80% of Mintegral's total revenue. To support global developers, Mintegral expanded its smart bidding tools with Hybrid ROAS and IAP ROAS strategies. Such innovations provide a comprehensive user acquisition solution for games and apps using IAA, IAP, or hybrid monetization models, directly enabling developers to achieve higher return on investment and sustainable business growth.

Mintegral's share of revenue from gaming reached $1.46 billion, accounting for 74.6% of the platform's total revenue, with strong momentum in mid-core and hardcore categories. Non-gaming verticals, including e-commerce and utility apps, contributed $499 million overall.

Mintegral's international foundation remains firm, serving clients in approximately 130 countries and regions while processing nearly 400 billion daily ad requests across more than 250 regions.

Aside from these financial milestones, Mobvista implemented a strategic leadership transition effective today. Mr. CAO Xiaohuan (Clement), the current CEO, has been appointed Chairman of the Board, succeeding founder Mr. DUAN Wei (Robin), who remains an Executive Director. Mr. FANG Zikai (Erick) has resigned from the Board to focus exclusively on his role as Chief Product Officer, leading R&D and technical innovations. Group Board Secretary, Ms. JIANG Ruofan (Doreen), has joined the Board as Executive Director.
