Limit Ad Tracking (LAT) is a privacy feature offered on Apple's iOS devices since iOS 10 in 2016. It allows users to opt-out of personalized advertising by preventing app developers and marketers from tracking their device-specific Identifier for Advertising (IDFA). When LAT is enabled, the IDFA appears blank, and attribution and conversion events are disabled, ensuring users don't receive targeted ads. Android users can find a similar setting under Ads in the Android Settings app.
